Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday - Thursday. Cakes usually arrive between 2-3 days. Any orders placed after 1PM on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. We will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, generally our orders have a processing time of one day. 

Ex. You place order Sunday. Processing day is Monday. You order will be shipped Tuesday.


We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Priority Mail or 2-3 day delivery standards are not guaranteed by Treneva's Treasures because they are not guaranteed by USPS. You agree to these terms when deciding to ship your order.

If you have a certain date that you would like to receive your order, it is highly suggested that you place your order early to avoid any unexpected events, such as delays or errors.

We Do Not Ship On The Following Holidays:

New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and, New Year's Eve

Treneva's Treasures Is Not Responsible For:

  • Any packages delivered to an incorrect address given by the customer
  • The compromised quality of the package due to the prolonged outdoor exposure
  • Any improper handling of the product by the customer
  • The postal driver's discretion to where the package is left outside of the recipient's address
