Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can order directly order from our website 24/7! Just add your favorite sweet treasures to your cart and complete checkout! For custom orders, email trenevastreasures@gmail.com.

How far in advance should I order?

Please place your order at least 4-7 days in advance. For large or custom orders, we require 2-3 weeks' notice.

Can I order by phone, text, or DM?

We only accept orders through our website or email. This ensures we don't miss your request and can confirm all the necessary details in writing.

Pickup & Delivery

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is in Arlington, Texas. The full pickup address is provided in your confirmation email after checkout.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery for a flat $5 fee for orders within 10 miles of Arlington, TX.

If you're more than 10 miles away, a $10 delivery fee applies.

Note: Delivery availability and pricing are subject to change. Please double-check at checkout or email us with questions.

What if I'm late for pickup?

We offer a 20-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee is charged. If not picked up within 24 hours, your order is forfeited without a refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, up to 5 days before your pickup/delivery date. A 20% cancellation fee will apply. After that, cancellations are not allowed.

Do you offer refunds?

All orders are final sale. Refunds are not available unless an error is made on our part.

Can I transfer my deposit or payment to a future order?

No. Deposits and payments are non-transferable. Please confirm all details before placing your order.

Ingredients & Allergies

Are your desserts allergen-free?

We are not an allergen-free bakery. All products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan desserts?

We do not currently offer gluten-free or vegan items. However, we are always developing new recipes. Stay connected on social media for updates!

Custom & Event Orders

Do you offer custom desserts?

Yes! We create custom cakes, cupcakes, and dessert boxes for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Send your request to trenevastreasures@gmail.com with your date, dessert idea, and number of servings, and we'll get back to you with 1-2 business days.

How do I order for a party, wedding, or event?

For larger or event-based orders, we recommend contacting us 2-3 weeks in advance. Custom dessert tables and packages may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

Can I request a theme, color, or special packaging?

Absolutely! Let us know your vision and we'll do our best to match the theme, color scheme, and presentation. Include your ideas in your email when requesting a quote.
