How to Place an Order
To ensure your order goes smoothly, please read all policies below before placing your order.
You must select your desired pickup date and time using the calendar at checkout.
This helps us stay on schedule and have your treats ready on time!
For Custom Orders: Email us first at trenevastreasures@gmail.com before placing your order.
We do not offer same-day or next-day orders.
All orders must be placed in advance and scheduled at checkout.
Delivery Information
We offer local delivery for a flat $5 fee within 10 miles of Arlington, TX.
If you are between 10-30 miles, a $10 delivery fee applies.
A delivery date and time must be selected at checkout using the calendar. Delivery is based on availability and is not guaranteed for all locations or dates.
If you have any questions about delivery availability, please contact us before placing your order.
Deposits & Rush Orders
Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
This deposit is also non-transferable.
Large custom orders (such as cakes, dessert packages, or large cupcake sets) require 2–3 weeks' notice.
Rush Fee: $25 applies to orders placed within 4 days of the pickup or delivery date.
Pickup Policies
We take your time and ours seriously — thank you for respecting these guidelines.
Once your pickup time is confirmed, please arrive on time.
You have a 20-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will be added. This fee must be paid before your order is released.
If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of your agreed time, it will be forfeited.
If something comes up, please call or message us — communication is key!
Order Responsibility
Once your order is picked up, it is considered “accepted”. Treneva's Treasures is no longer responsible for any damages or issues after pickup. Please check your order at pickup if you have any concerns.
