YOU MUST PROVIDE A DATE & TIME IN THE "NOTE" SECTION OF THE CHECKOUT!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE DO NOT TAKE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY ORDERS!

*WE ARE NOT DOING ANY DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME*

  • ALL CUSTOM ORDERS (LARGE OR SMALL) REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT! THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE!
  • LARGE ORDERS SUCH AS SPECIFIC CAKES, PARTY PACKAGES, DESSERT BUNDLES, CUPCAKES, STRAWBERRY PLATTERS, ETC REQUIRE A 2-3 WEEK NOTICE!
  • SMALL ORDERS SUCH AS BANANA/COOKIE PUDDING & PEACH COBBLER PANS REQUIRE A 1-2 WEEK NOTICE!
  • THERE IS A RUSH FEE OF $25 FOR ANY ORDER PLACED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF DATE NEEDED!

Pickup Policies

PLEASE BE MINDFUL & RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME! WE UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN, BUT COMMUNICATION IS KEY! PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL IF YOU WILL BE LATE TO PICK UP!

  • ONCE A PICK UP TIME IS ESTABLISHED & AGREED UPON, THE CUSTOMER MUST BE ON TIME TO PICK UP THE ORDER!
  • THERE WILL BE A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER THE 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, A $15 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED! THIS FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE ORDER IS RELEASED!
  • IF AN ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP WITH 24 HOURS AFTER THE ESTABLISHED PICK UP TIME, CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT THEIR ORDER!
*ONCE AN ORDER IS PICKED UP, THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED AS "ACCEPTED" AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY BELONGS TO CLIENT*
